Steve Middleton - Senior Associate

Steve is FutureValue's principal strategy trainer. Steve is also managing director of strategy consultancy, Strategic Creativity.

Steve has considerable business experience. He is a doctorate (DBA) student at the Bradford University School of Management, holds an MBA from the Open University Business School, and has an MA in Management from Exeter University. In October 2004, Steve became the first ever practitioner scholar appointed to an AIM Management Research Forum.

Chris Nutt - Senior Associate

Chris is an established coach, consultant and author, calling on over 20 years' management experience across several disciplines. As principal of Strategic Improvement Services his consultancy work has included major development and change programmes for many well-known corporate clients, as well as team and personal leadership coaching. He has authored over 50 private reports connected with human capital strategy, mostly based on original research.

Chris is also Chair of FiSSInG (a human resource network with a focus on strategy), a Director of both the HR Society and the Strategic Planning Society, and a member of the Human Capital Management Standards Group - a newly formed, industry-wide body established to consider the links between organisational performance and investment in human capital. He is a Fellow of the CIPD and is currently undertaking a Doctorate in human capital investment strategies.
